Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:
- Baselayers (underwear items)
- Bivakmuts (balaclavas)
- Indoor sportschoenen (indoor sports shoes)

- Ship your return – Send the package to our address (provided in the return authorization email) using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Wait for processing – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
